Each day, we lose 400 American veterans of World War II. Rishi Sharma, a 20 year-old California student, saw that number as an opportunity to make his mark on the world. He set out to record interviews with every veteran of WWII he could; digitally archiving their stories for generations to come. His project is called “Heroes of the Second World War”.
Rishi is everything AREENA loves about the American spirit. He’s found the best way to use his skills, experience, expertise and wisdom to make the lives of others better. He’s a hero.
Below you’ll find a CBS report on Rishi’s work. I urge you to take a few minutes and watch the video. If Rishi’s story moves you, please donate a few dollars to this cause at his GoFundMe page HERE.
