Volunteers are crucial to the success of the Mission’s numerous ministries. In 2014 over 52,000 volunteer hours, equal to $1 million in staff time, were recorded in service to those in need. Whether it’s teaching Sunday School, helping adults earn their GEDs, providing pen-pal services to the elderly, helping with clerical work, or more, South Side Mission can utilize whatever skills you have to offer.
