| We rely on volunteers to help keep the Greenbelt beautiful and forever green. Volunteering here is not only a great way to get involved in your community, it’s a great way to get to know one of New York City’s largest and most beautiful parks. As you might expect, many of our volunteer projects take place outdoors along our trails system and in natural areas. Volunteers are also a key component at special events such as our seasonal trail races and forest restoration clinics. |
