Support the residents of the men’s shelter as they learn job-readiness basics. Volunteers will supplement the facility’s job-coaching program by conducting mock interviews and preparing the men for their job search. This program provides important one-on-one assistance for residents and helps them develop the skills they need to ultimately have a successful job hunt and achieve self-sufficiency.
