The Massachusetts Housing & Shelter Alliance (MHSA) is a nonprofit, public policy advocacy organization dedicated to ending homelessness in Massachusetts. They are looking for volunteers to help callers understand and access the various resources available to them. As a MHSA volunteer, you can expect to receive call training as well as training on the different resources, programs and organizations centered around homelessness prevention and emergency assistance.
