Volunteers are always needed at Goodwill stores. Some opportunities include:
- HELPs Workshop Technician – Goodwill HELPs collects, cleans and refurbishes donated medical equipment and gives it away at no cost. HELPs Volunteers assist in cleaning, refurbishing and organizing equipment in the workshop at 3500 Dodds Ave. between 8 am-2 pm, Monday – Thursday.
- Furniture Bank Assistant – The Furniture Bank provides gently-used furniture to people in housing transition. Volunteers help clean, refurbish and organize inventory at 1815 E. Main St. between 9 am-3 pm, Monday – Friday.
- Administrative Support Assistant – Office volunteers enter data into a database from handwritten documents, as well as answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, shredding, copying at Goodwill’s main office, 3500 Dodds Ave., between 8 am-4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
