The start of the After School Matters Summer Program Cycle is fast approaching, with over 1,000 teens scheduled to arrive on June 29th to our Downtown program site for First-Day Orientations. With so many teens to coordinate and get to their proper places, we are in need of friendly and organized volunteers to help with the process!
How will volunteers help? Volunteers will help staff different “stations” around the inside and outside of our Gallery37 building and the Chicago Harris Theater where orientations are being held. At these stations, volunteers will greet teens and parents, answer their questions, and assist them in finding their different orientation rooms.
What would my shift be? Monday, June 29th, from 9:30am-11:30am
