We are looking for leaders with a background in construction and a passion for volunteering to serve as Crew Leaders. WCH Crew Leaders ensure construction volunteers have an exceptional experience on our build sites and are excited to share their construction knowledge to inspire and motivate volunteers. WCH is committed to ensuring that volunteers have a rewarding experience while fulfilling their passion for helping others. Our builds occur Thursday thru Saturday and we are happy to work with our Crew Leaders to find a volunteer schedule that works best for them!
