Teachers are assigned one class at the beginning of each session. They are responsible for assessing students’ needs, creating lesson plans, and teaching each class. The minimum time commitment is 5 hours per week for 10 weeks. Teachers are usually paired together, or paired with a teaching assistant. Previous teaching experience or an academic background in education, linguistics, or foreign languages is preferred.
