Helping Hands Pantry feeds more than 1000 people every day, from Fontana to Calimesa, and even in the mountain communities, like Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, and Forest Falls. Volunteers are needed in a variety of areas from pantry gardens where they grow fresh produce to be handed out, to warehouse, office work, distribution, and more. Some specific volunteer areas include:

- Farmers Markets
