Seagull Services provides advocacy and services for teens and adults with disabilities and their families. They also provide important work force development and employment services for people who have various barriers to employment and who have become unemployed. Seagull Services has numerous ongoing volunteer opportunities for people looking to do something meaningful and rewarding with their time.
- At the Achievement Center in West Palm Beach, work with adult program participants who have lifelong disabilities. Share your skills through weekly crafts programs or a dance class; accompany them on community field trips or assist with special events.
- At the charter school, Seagull Academy for Independent Living, assist with tutoring individual students or coaching one of our Special Olympics teams.
- Help operate the food pantry with twice monthly food distributions.
- Volunteer for special events at various locations throughout Palm Beach County including the Honda Classic 5K Run/Walk, Strikes for Seagull bowling fundraiser, and other fundraising events.
